SYNTH BioSystems — Est. 2019

Biology... Improved.

01 — Divisions

Three disciplines. One standard of care.

Every SYNTH division operates under the same charter: observe closely, intervene precisely, and document everything.

D–01

Behavioral Systems

We study how living systems respond under pressure — and engineer the conditions for optimal outcomes. Our longitudinal programs map stress response, adaptation, and compliance across diverse subject populations, in environments calibrated to the decimal.

Containment Solutions

Facilities, protocols, and architectures that keep the inside in — and the outside appropriately informed. From research habitats to field-deployable enclosures, we design for zero-variance operations and rehearse for the rest.

Asset Recovery

When continuity is interrupted, our teams restore it — quietly, completely, and with full documentation. SYNTH recovery specialists operate wherever assets are, not wherever it is convenient.

02 — Field platforms

Hound-9 “Retriever”

Our flagship quadruped field platform, in service with recovery teams since 2028.

When an asset needs to come home, the Hound-9 goes and gets it. Built for environments where GPS is unavailable and cooperation cannot be assumed, the platform tracks, pursues, and does not stop — across terrain, weather, and time.

It is not a weapon. It is not a pet. It is a retrieval.

Each unit carries a full sensor array tuned for reacquisition work: olfactory-analog chemoreceptors, thermal imaging, directional acoustics, and gait-signature matching that identifies a subject at distance, in the dark, through cover. Persistent pursuit profiles mean the Hound-9 does not lose interest, does not get tired, and does not negotiate.

Deployed units report a 100% return rate. Recovered assets are documented on intake, without exception.

03 — Careers

Do work that matters.

Stay as long as you like. Most do.

Transition Specialist

Gwangju Behavioral Systems Facility

Guide subjects through program milestones, from intake to outcome. Patience required; attachment discouraged. Prior clinical or husbandry experience welcome.

Hound Systems Handler

Field Operations — Worldwide

Deploy alongside a Hound-9 unit on active reacquisitions. You will not be the one making decisions. Excellent fieldcraft and a calm resting heart rate preferred.

Behavioral Systems Analyst

Corporate — Boston

Turn 1.4 million daily data-hours into outcomes. Curiosity is a transferable skill; discretion is a permanent one.

Continuity Associate

Asset Recovery Division

Restore interrupted continuities wherever they occur. Travel required. Questions discouraged after onboarding.

Full-spectrum wellness monitoring

Your health, tracked continuously — because we care. Biometric baselines established at onboarding and reviewed without appointment.

Residential immersion tracks

Live where you work. Work where you live. Most do. Campus housing available at all major facilities, with graduated tenure incentives.

Continuity provisions

Generous arrangements for your designated next of kin, should a transition occur. Enrollment is automatic; beneficiaries may be updated annually.

Professional development

Lateral movement is encouraged across all three divisions. Departures are processed efficiently, with exit documentation completed same-day.

SYNTH confirms transition event at Gwangju facility

On April 11, 2031, a transition event occurred at our Gwangju Behavioral Systems facility. Containment protocols performed as designed. One subject is currently in transition. The facility has resumed operations on a normal schedule.

We thank the regional authorities for their continued partnership and remind the public that speculation is unhelpful. SYNTH remains committed to transparency within the bounds of operational security.
